Data are processed on the basis of Article 22 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code, in conjunction with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) for the purpose of performing an order/service/work. The Controller does not share data or transfer it to a third country/international organization. Data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for a period of 50 years in the case of contracts with social security contributions, and 5 years without social security contributions. Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

Before signing a contract for conducting classes with minors, Opole University of Technology will require a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register, in accordance with Article 21 paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and the protection of minors (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 560).
